4. Purchasing Our Services

Prices are displayed on our website or provided in a proposal or invoice.

Unless otherwise stated:

• all prices are in US Dollars

• GST will be applied where required;

• payment must be made before access is granted unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for future purchases.

5. Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered:

• you authorise recurring payments until the agreed balance has been paid;

• missed payments may result in suspension of access;

• you remain responsible for completing all agreed payments.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated:

• digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded;

• coaching, consulting and speaking engagements are subject to the cancellation terms agreed during booking;

• memberships may be cancelled in accordance with the membership agreement;

• retreats and live events may have separate cancellation policies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login details;

• all activity under your account;

• notifying us immediately if your account has been compromised.

We may suspend accounts where misuse is suspected.

All content provided by Mindspeed remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

• training materials

• videos

• presentations

• workbooks

• templates

• assessments

• podcast content

• written resources

• branding

• website content

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership.

You may use our materials for your own personal or internal business development only.

You must not:

• copy or reproduce our materials;

• distribute or share paid content;

• record training sessions without permission;

• create competing products using our materials;

• sell, licence or republish our intellectual property;

• remove copyright or trademark notices.

9. Community Standards

When participating in our communities, events or programs, you agree to:

• treat others respectfully;

By voluntarily providing a testimonial, review, photograph or video, you grant Mindspeed permission to use that content for marketing and educational purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
